Initial Phone Call
Upon receiving a client's phone call, our dedicated team at Happy Healing Homecare springs into action, initiating the care planning process promptly. We begin by attentively listening to the client's healthcare requirements and asking fundamental questions to gain a clear understanding of their needs. A member of our care team then schedules a convenient day and time to visit the client and their family.
Home Assessment
During the initial home visit, a Registered Nurse meets with clients to gather essential information, address any questions, and introduce them to the Happy Healing experience. The nurse conducts a comprehensive assessment, makes recommendations, and formulates a personalized plan of care tailored to the patient's unique needs.
Custom Care Plan
Recognizing the uniqueness of each patient, we collaborate with the client and their family to craft a customized care plan. Together, we establish objectives, devise strategies for goal attainment, implement necessary interventions, and regularly evaluate the client's progress to adapt and refine care plans as needed.
Exceptional Care

Through regular evaluations, we assess the effectiveness of the treatment and make adjustments as necessary to ensure our clients receive the best possible care. We maintain open lines of communication with clients and their loved ones, conducting regular calls and visits to ensure their satisfaction. Should the needs of our clients evolve beyond our capabilities, we assist in coordinating additional resources to help them achieve their goals.
